Instructions for Deliverable

2. Prior to working on your Marketing Consultant Report, be sure to read and review all articles and readings listed on the Problem Overview(new tab) page.
3. Please carefully review the Marketing Consultant Report Annotated Outline(Word document) , as this will be your guide for writing this assignment. Section headings are required on this assignment.
4. This assignment includes the following pages and required sections:
a. Professional cover page
b. List of contributors
c. Table of contents
d. Executive summary (one paragraph)
e. Positioning (one to two pages)
i. Organization’s mission statement
ii. Organization’s target market
iii. Organization's current positioning statement (if available)
iv. Recommended revised positioning statement for organization. Why?
f. Environmental analysis (three to four pages)
i. External factors: opportunities and threats
· Which opportunities and/or threats have the most influence on the organization?
ii. Internal factors: strengths and weaknesses
· Which strengths and/or weaknesses have the most influence on the organization?
g. Change management (two to three pages)
i. Recommended marketing strategy:
1. Which of your four proposed marketing strategies do you recommend? Why? How does your primary and secondary research support your recommended strategies?
1. What changes to the organization’s marketing strategies are necessary?
4. Implementation of changes to marketing strategies (two to three pages)

1. Appendices (Appendices are optional. For example, supporting document for recommended marketing strategy.)
1. Requirements:
1. The body of the document is to have a minimum of 11 pages and is not to exceed 18 pages, plus professional cover page, list of contributors, executive summary (one paragraph), table of contents, reference page, and any appendices.
1. Section headings are required per the Marketing Consultant Report Annotated Outline.
1. Clearly indicate the contributions of each team member.
1. Research requirement: a minimum of seven and a maximum of 10 sources. The course textbook can be used as a source in this paper, and the balance of your sources need to be sources that are not provided in this course.
1. Edit your paper. Verify that the content per the instructions is included and that all direct quotes and paraphrases have been properly cited and referenced. Review the entire paper for APA formatting and English grammar standards.
1. Retain a copy of the completed Marketing Consultant Report for your records, and one person from the team must submit the deliverable to the assignment submission page no later than the end of Workshop Seven.
1. One person from each team must post the deliverable to the group assignment submission page AND to the Showcase discussion page. When posting to the discussion, please list the names of all the team members. Your classmates will need to access your deliverable for one of the individual assessments in Step 6.
