· Identify at least three groups or individuals who need to be informed of each Goal, Purpose, and Outcome success measure.

· Using the success measures (Column B,C) and validation (Column D) from the Logical Framework template, complete the following.

· Add any assumptions (Column E) to the Logical Framework template (the yellow portion). Assumptions will be added, clarified, or removed throughout the project.
