View the scenarios presented in this week’s leadership vignette. Select one of the scenarios that shows an issue you could potentially face in your future administrative role. Then identify the problem and develop a plan of action, using the template, to justify the ethical decision you have made about the early childhood education issue selected.

In your paper,

· Briefly summarize the scenario you have chosen.

· Describe the ethical dilemma that is presented in the scenario in some critical depth.

· Assess at least two possible courses of action a leader could adopt, identifying why such action could be seen as ethical or ethically problematic.

· Defend your choice of action.
