Research the methods for managing foreign exchange risk and write a paper that addresses the following:

1. Analyze the types of risks that must be managed for a multinational corporation. Your discussion should include both transaction and operating exposure.

2. Ascertain the use of forward contracts, currency futures, currency options, and currency swaps for managing foreign exchange risk exposure.

3. Compare options, forwards, futures, and swaps for managing foreign exchange risk exposure. Form an argument for what you believe is the best method for a non-financial firm in managing this exchange rate risk.

Support your paper with at least five (5) resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included. Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards. Length: 5-7 pages (not including title and reference pages).
