Your paper is an individual case write-up. The assignment is to answer the questions below. The write-up should be no more than 3 pages single-spaced. You must also be prepared to discuss the case in class. You must submit the case electronically using the Assignment tool by Friday 3/29/19 by 12:30 PM. You must also bring a hard copy of your write-up to class and submit it to me at the beginning of class. This is an individual assignment. You must do the analysis and write-up on your own. You cannot discuss the case with anyone. Violating these instructions will be considered cheating.

Please answer the following questions:

2. How has Cirque structured and supported its cast to deliver superior performance

3. What are the challenges to Cirque’s continued growth and/or diversification?
