information through charts, graphs, symbols and other visual means.

 Read/Write  People prefer to learn

information that is displayed as words.

 Kinesthetic  People prefer to learn through

experience and practice.

VARK Learning Style

Failing is an opportunity to learn:

• I worked at the bakery and I wrote messages on the cakes for costumers. This job upset me.

• I had difficulty with piping the icing and costumers complained about this, however, my manager encouraged me to practice.

• I practiced every day to improve my handwriting because it was

important to me to see my costumer’s smile.

• Eventually, I learned to create beautiful alphabets and shapes on

the cakes, and I was confident.

Mindset Results (oversimplification)

 Score :

 FIXED : 0/0

 Growth : 7/7

 Meaning:

 I have great potential for growth.

VARK Questionnaire (oversimplification)

 Weirdly enough, none of my answers where the same. Mostly C’s but only by a

little bit.

Resilience Example (lengthy sentences)

 Sometimes I find it extremely difficult to motivate myself but I feel that with motivation comes repetition and if your unable to fall in love with repetition then you will be unable to muster up that motivation.

 As of right now I find it difficult to find the motivation and keep the same energy I had when I first started reaching towards my current goal but I remind myself that although I feel this way I should not discourage myself it is important to persevere.

Multiple Intelligences Inventory (lengthy sentences)

Musical/rhythmic intelligence means someone that enjoy singing, listening to music like to play music while reading, can remember melodies of songs and can fix things when things get spoilt by tapping the finger.

Interpersonal intelligence is someone that seems to be a natural leader, get along with friends, friends seeking advice always getting help from friends when things get spoilt.

Multiple Intelligences Inventory(lengthy paragraph)

 I am a tie between Verbal/Linguistic Intelligence and Interpersonal

Intelligence. Verbal makes sense to me because I love to talk and tell jokes I

love sharing and receiving information. Interpersonal also hits home because I

have several groups of friends and I am definitely the wild one with the best

advice and most experiences. I get myself out of everything and have a strong

emotional intelligence so people often come to me
