After feedback from employees regarding meal expenditures, company directors at Sonic Mobile have decided to reopen the canteen where employees can buy food and discounted, prix-fixe lunches are available. As HR manager, write a memo to staff informing them of the following (be sure to use your own words and add details as necessary):

· A three-course lunch will be available for €8 (starter, main course, dessert, and beverage)

· A two course lunch will be available for €5,50 (a main course with starter or dessert and beverage)

· Light breakfast will also be available (add your own details for time, options, etc.)

· The company will also provide vending machines with various food and drink options as well as a microwave oven.

· All lunches will have meat and vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options

Bad news message:

You need to cut costs in your company as business is declining. You will no longer be providing free childcare service and the special 5-euro lunch menu in the company canteen, which will be closed. Childcare services will still be available, but at a cost of 150 euros per month per child. In addition, a local restaurant has offered a special prix-fixe menu for employees.

Your Task: As HR manager, you need to write an email to employees, informing them of the bad news.
