In the beginning of the semester we installed and briefly explored Tableau, though we did not dig in deeply with the tool. Another analytics platform that is beginning to gain attention is the Apache incubator Superset, which has been getting a lot of attention not only because it is open source, but because it has some very useful and competitve capabilities.
