1. What questions will your organization's evaluation activities seek to answer

The evaluation activities will seek to answer diverse questions that will help successfully attain the grant and make sure that the organization is prepared to achieve the desired goal and objectives (O'Neal-McElrath, 2013). For instance, the evaluation activities would seek to answer questions like how well the organization has invested in infrastructure, the quality of services offered to the people, plans to utilize proposed grants, and plans to mitigate uncertainties that potentially paralyze project progress.

2. What are the specific evaluation plans and time frames?

a. What kinds of data will be collected?

The organization to collect data relating to all stages of project development from the beginning to the end

b. At what points?

Data is to be collected at the beginning of every phase and reviewed at the end to determine the success of each stage.

c. What strategies or instruments

Technological instruments and experts in each area would be used to gather data

d. Using what comparison group or baseline, if any?

Benchmarking with other companies who have handled similar projects will be done, and the information will be used for comparison purposes.

3. If you intend to study a sample of participants, how will this sample be constructed?

In the case of a sample of participants, the organization shall seek participants with experience and knowledge of the issue and send a research participation request. Only the willing individuals will be involved in sharing information they might have

4. What procedures will you use to determine whether the program was implemented as planned?

From time to time, a review of the progress and milestones attained shall be done more so at the end of each phase since the project shall be handled in phases (O'Neal-McElrath, 2013). The project manager would share all the stages involved in each stage and the expected results at the end of the phase. This information shall be used to tell whether or not the program is progressing as planned or there are some hiccups.

5. Who will conduct the evaluation?

The Kids in Distress management team shall be in charge of evaluating with the help of hired program evaluators.

6. Who will receive the results?

The results to be received by KIDs shareholders

7. How are you defining success for this program or project?

In this project, success is defined by attaining the desired goal and objectives. Therefore, this is in accompaniment to meeting set timeframes while making use of the allocated resources in the best way possible and with as limited hindrances
