GOAL: To expand the Kids In Distress (KIDs) organization reach out to a higher number of people, thereby bringing child abuse and neglect to zero

To Increase the number of services offered, for instance, counseling children who have already undone intense abuse and neglect (Grantcraft, 2008).

To invest in areas that can generate revenues for the organization to sustain its operations

To make sure that people who receive change are followed up to ensure they do not get back to the initial problem they were helped resolve

To educate parents on various economic opportunities available, they can explore to improve livelihood as this would help in reducing mental challenges that lead to child abuse and neglect

Area of change

To educate the management on how to handle a more complex organization without compromising quality and standards (O'Neal-McElrath, 2013)

To make sure that the company has one of the best accounting systems to keep accurate books of account.

Make sure that both parents and children get to understand their roles and offer each other moral support

To recommend well-trained children to rending companies so that they can access ample finances to support their business and also manage their finances

Target population

To target a higher number of people within the Ft, Lauderdale metropolitan

To assist adults who could be affected in terms of behavior due to their traumatized childhood experiences so that they can become better parents.

To educate all children and youths in the area so that they can encourage children and kids being abused to seek help

Parents who are jobless and undergoing economic challenges
