Includes relevant functions and KSAOs although may not be thorough or show a complete understanding of the job and industry. (34 pts) FAIR: The job description is unsatisfactory in content. The student did not utilize outside resources to aid in the development and understanding of the position or industry and only included a minimal amount of functions and KSAOs. (30 pts) POOR: The job description is not a professional job description, no clear task statements or KSAOs that would be relevant to the job assigned. No evidence that the student understands the job or the industry. (26 pts) |
