Ahmed has always been someone who is very objective in his assessment and reviews everything very carefully before trusting anyone or before taking any decision. His cautious attitude has helped his company in getting the best deals from his suppliers and they have been able to create long-term mutually beneficial partnerships. Bader is the Head of HR division at the same company. He is responsible for making key decisions related to hiring and choosing training providers etc. However, Bader seems to trust people too easily. His trusting attitude has not been restricted only to some specific people or companies. He seems to believe everyone without much deliberation or background checks. This has resulted in some serious hiring blunders leading to significant losses to his company. 1. Based on what we study in Chapter 7, compare and discuss the trust-related behaviors of Ahmed and Bader. Why do you think, Ahmed has been able to create long-term partnerships with their suppliers? Do you think their suppliers would view Ahmed unfavourably? Discuss.

2. As the head of the HR division, Bader is obviously making key decisions related to their employees. How can Bader use/apply the principles/concept/idea of interpersonal justice while communicating his decisions? With a suitable example discuss the importance of the rules of interpersonal justice for a decision maker like Bader.
