homework
Please re-read your semester Syllabus, as a view things have changed. Primarily, you are no longer required to read the Appendix from the textbook. You may use those as reference as needed. (For example, Appendix B may be a good resource for Chapter 8 and for Phase I of the semester project).
Please read Chapters 7 and 8 in your text book prior to Sunday, May 27, 2018, 11:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
Please view the power point slides for Chapters 7 and 8 prior to Sunday, May 27, 2018, 11:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Keep in mind that the power point slides are merely an overview. They do not contain every bit of information that may be on your exam. It is necessary for you to read the chapters from the book in addition to viewing the power point slides.
Please complete the Assessment for Phase I of your semester project. This is an independent assignment and you MAY NOT collaborate or discuss phase I with any other student in the class.
You must submit Phase I using the appropriate Assessment link. I WILL NOT ACCEPT AND WILL NOT GRADE PHASE I IF MERELY SENT TO ME VIA EMAIL. You must use the appropriate link for submission found in the content folder for Week 3. When submitting Phase I, you must check the appropriate link that permits your work to be run through the plagiarism checker. DO NOT make 3 separate submissions for questions 1, 2 and 3 contained in your Phase I assignment. Rather, you are to submit one WORD document with each of the three questions included in the one document. Of course, identify your responses to each of the three questions that make up Phase I.
Remember, this is worth 10% of your semester grade. How much work you put into Phase I of this project could make a difference in an entire letter grade at the end of the semester. Therefore, this is not a trivial assignment. This is a PhD program and I expect PhD quality work. You will need to do some research to complete question 2 of Phase I.
