1. Choose a case study from the e-book, one we are not using in discussions or assignments and provide a paragraph on why you chose it.

2. How will it relate to your future leadership objectives.

3. If you are in management now, provide how this will enhance your leadership skills.

4. To achieve the Capstone Participation Grade (half the course points)

· All objectives need to be met.  

· A 15-slide power point presentation on your subject, it must consist of explained content, for example do not provide a bullet point without explaining each bullet in detail

· Imagine you are giving a power point presentation to a group of leaders and must discuss the content out loud.

· It needs 15 slides of content PLUS your title page and a minimum of 4 references that do not date past 5 years.

· References must be APA formatted in order to count towards your grade.
