The Needs Assessment consists of tow parts: Annotated Bibliography, and Paper.
1-annotated bibliography (a reference in APA 6th edition reference style, including a brief summary of the article).

2- Paper - Use the information contained in your annotated bibliography and in your mock needs assessment to write a summary explaining the population’s program needs. This is essentially a brief 1-2 page summary telling the reader what the population’s needs are regarding the health issue. (The health issue is depression in adolescence girls because of the social media ) ( what the need are positive self esteem, empowerment, positive self body image, self-confidence) Who is the priority population? (Adolescent females ages 14 to 18.) What are the needs of the priority population? (Subgroups would be age…..more research needed. ) Which subgroups within the priority population have the greatest need? Where are these groups located geographically? LA area Search in CDC website for more if needed What is currently being done to resolve identified needs? How well have identified needs been addressed in the past? All of this information will come from your review of the research and the needs assessment you designed and implemented (mock implementation). Note: In this section you are building the “foundation” of the need for your program. This is the background information to segue into your program rationale.
