For the Baseline Analysis, you don't need a huge Information Systems network diagram. This course is more about critical thinking and quality. Just ensure you have servers, computers, routers, IPS/IDS, firewalls, and of course your BYOD devices such as laptops, smart phones. Also ensure you have a DMZ to separate your internal network from the external network with firewall. 

I would suggest you draw or find (make sure you cite) a simple network that will allow for internal and external use and secure it.
