STATISTICS ASSIGNMENT 1

In the Week 1 Forum you will present a topic of interest that can be analyzed using variables from the General Social Survey (GSS).  You can use previous research that you are interested in and build off of that or you can start fresh with one of the many topics explored by GSS researchers.  You will need to find variables in the GSS that match your areas of interest.  There are 799 choices in GSS 2012 data set. You can explore the data more by visiting the website [click here], choose 'Explore GSS Data', move the years to only include 2012, hit 'search', then click the plus sign in the Subjects box.  You will see all variables that are included in the 2012 data set we will use.
