Reflecting on your personal experience with the peer teach project, examine the phases of group development (Forming, Storming, Norming, and Performing), and reflect on the process of development you experienced as part of the group. Your paper needs to include the following:
· Complete introduction and conclusion.
· Briefly describe the type of group and the task of the group.
· Define each phase of group development.
· Discuss how your group negotiated each of these phases.
· Provide specific examples of interactions to support your application.
· You need THREE sources cited throughout the paper and cited in APA on a reference page separate from the text of the document.
· Please proofread before submitting!
This paper should be 3-5 pages double spaced, and it is due Sunday (12/8) before 11:59pm.

So I need to tell you a bit about the things we have done, where we discussed this project and what kind of project this is.

We are all college students and taking Communication class. We had a “Peer Teach Group Project” which we had to do as a group. We had 5 student in our group and we discussed everything and every stage at “GroupMe” application, we met two times in person on first meeting we discussed about our our sources and on the second one we made a video for our project. Each student had their own task, and mine was “Behavioral theory of leadership”. On the video each student took the role of their topic.
We had friendly group 4 of us was on the video and one of the member didn’t come for video but he did his paper work.
