Introduction:
Beautiful and smart individuals are praised everywhere and by everybody. They not only
achieve their goals of life in an efficient and successful way but also influence others in a
constructive manner. People want to be like those individuals who inspire them through their

intellectual capabilities and physical appearance. (Pathos) You can also obtain this admiration
by following an exercise regimen. It will not only make you smart [Your thesis statement
identified mental health (not intellect) as what regular exercise improves.] but improve your
physical appearance. [The Introduction needs to include your thesis statement.] Regular exercise
enhances mental health and physical appearance of the individuals.
Transition: Today, I will talk about the ways by which exercise boosts up your mental wellbeing

enhancing mental health.]
Body:
I: Exercise is a successful method to improve mental health.
