Restaurant "Boiling Hot Pot"
1 (Good ) 5 star review on 09/17/2018 : This place is awesome! One of the best hot pots I went to. AYCE for $28 and extra $10 for AYCD.
I love that you can get 4 different soup bases. I had spicy, miso, pork, and mushroom... mushroom was my least favorite (but it was also the smallest).
The portions here are small, which is actually great because then you can try a greater variety of things. Also, you order on the ipad and the waiters bring the food to your table. There is a 5 min waiting period between orders, so make sure you double check before you submit!
ALSO - SAUCE STATION!!! One thing I hate about little sheep is you have to pay extra for all your sauces, but here they are unlimited and freeee!!!!
The service here is also great. They're super nice. Will come back always!

Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us because it is through this that more customers get to visit the restaurant thus making us grow. The services offered especially that you mentioned of using an iPad to order food has helped the restaurant in ensuring that customers get to order conveniently from their seats and have their food brought to them as opposed to the traditional queuing method. 2. ( Bad ) 1 star review on 07/07/2017 :The waiters here are very unfriendly, and the food is not very fresh. Besides, it takes more than one hour to dining, very bad experience.

First of all let me extend my heartfelt apologies for what you went through and experienced for you to have a bad review. Like most enterprises, sometimes we get caught up with busy schedules and conflicting orders which could lead to us not delivering the best kind of quality that we strive to accord all our customers. We are prone to making mistakes because even the most committed waiters or chefs do mess up once in a while and we can’t deny it. I am sorry about your encounter with the unfriendly waiters which is something that will be followed up closely. You may have found one of our employees in a bad mood or going through some difficult phase but still that does not warrant them the right to be unfriendly to any customers. We will work on that and don’t let a bad day at the restaurant make you think that that’s what happens on a daily basis. We promise better service next time.

3. (good) 5 star review on 11/27/2016 : My first time getting hot pot, my boyfriend's first time here. The best part is the service. The worst part was the wait. The food was good. All You Can Eat food ($28) & drink/booze ($10) is a good value. Expect $100 for two people, including tip. Highlights were the lamb, Kobe beef, and taro. Unlimited mix-ins, four choices of broth. You can grab bowls of sauces (oyster, garlic, etc.) and scallions in the back. Two hour limit, which we reached naturally.
My boyfriend adds: "This is the only place that deserves your hot pot business. It puts all other hot pot places to shame. You'll understand once you go."
