Goal Setting Template
Directions For this assessment, you will use the Goal Setting Template (see example below) to identify the short term-goals needed to achieve the long-term goal of graduating from FTCC. To achieve your long-term goal, you need to develop the hierarchy of supporting short-term goals to complete in time intervals (week, month, and semester) until you achieve your long-term goal.
When writing your short-term goals in the template, follow SMART goal guidelines (see table below).
