Project intention at this stage of the project better identify the team that will develop some website for the restaurant Gilley's Bar and Grill identify the office space for the team and website development could be accommodated the team will describe the pacific specification of website the team will need to obtain requisite permissions.
Project Planning: The project team built a blueprint, timeline of activities, phases of the project schedule and financial planning. As a team, we divided into designing, developing, financial control, quality maintenance and control. The design team produced designs and the developing team was tasked with responsibly of developing a website for our restaurant. Financial team will be tasked with the job of overseeing managing sources and application of funds along with our quality control team that will have the responsibility of keeping up with quality standards.
Project Execution. Design team provided a step-by-step design of the website. In our system building, a few things went into play (1) acquired system components from vendors, (2) vendor installs system (3) tailor system software for maximum efficiency, (4) perform system testing and analysis, (5) end users testing. The developing team worked on developing the specific of the design while our finance team overlooked funds. This is the actual work being carried out. Monitoring and control as problems were detected due to recent events of a global pandemic sales fell 80%. With a continued of loss, we need to improve our current (point of sale) POS system to include a solution for online ordering, carry-out and dine-in.
Gilley’s requirement consists of:
· Incorporate inventory tracking in POS System
· Build a website to host new POS System
· Purchas new POS system that expands sales to online ordering.
Entering the system design, our goal is meet with key stakeholders to decide on a plan and a budget, as well as expectation. Discuss future company growth, research, and discuss inventory tracking and POS systems. Getting quotes for systems and software, Final will be stakeholder decision.
