This is a 3-2-paragraph critical essay and should fit onto one page, 1.5 spacing and 1-inch margins (About 400 words). The purpose of this assignment is to synthesize material from the three sources to write an essay on emerging urban geographies under globalization in the core, semi-periphery and periphery using the three cases studies presented in the readings. As you are aware, we have discussed these three papers extensively in class.
The title of your essay should be: Emerging Urban Geographies Under Globalization
Note: You should work independently and cannot collaborate with others on your essay.
Your third paragraph should identify and describe the spatial processes for United States. (According to the article Lost Trust) This paragraph should be about 150 words.
Your fourth paragraph should make spatial projections for Accra. (According to the article Emerging urban form of Accra) This paragraph should be about 80 words.
Your first paragraph should be a very, very brief introduction (no more than 2 sentences or about 25 words) and the fifth should be a very brief conclusion (no more than two sentences or about 25 words). These make up the 2 in the 3-2-paragraph essay.
