The U.S. Constitution creates a system of checks and balances. Each of these branches is responsible for some power check of others to look after whether they are becoming more powerful. The U.S. Constitution has some bills of rights. The first bill of rights is Freedom of speech, where the fourth right is about privacy, the fifth bill of rights is Due process and self discrimination, and the sixth bill of rights is jury trial. Moreover, this U.S. Constitution has some amendments also; the fourteenth amendment is about Due process and equal protection. The role of judiciary review is about determining the rights afforded by the U.S. Constitution (Huff, 2016).

Procedural due process is known as a process used to attempt and find guilty defendants impeached of frauds. The matters or situations referred to as either civil or criminal or both are considered by the procedural process that means the procedural due process barriers to federal power and power of the state by particular compelling procedures that should be followed in the cases related to civil and criminal matters. The right to prosecution by jury, the Fourth Amendment right against an illegal investigation, and spasm, the right to a solicitor, and independence from self-incrimination are some of the well-known representations of provisions prominent to procedural due process. While coming to substantive due process, it is a process that refers to a law that enables the judiciaries to stave off government interference with fundamental rights.

If a government wants to enact a law that violates Freedom, life, or property rights, or something, it is necessary to perform a substantive due process. A substantive due process will look after and assumptions that the Constitution is protecting the people in the society from unnecessary government intrusion interfering in the fundamental rights of the public.

The substantive due process can give the right to which is not given any warranty from the government. That means a substantive due process has been comprehended to establish a right to privacy, although the Constitution did not commit to giving an express assurance of that right.

Beets R Us, an LLC, is a domestic company, and this company is famous for its business practices within the state territorial jurisdiction where it existed setup that Is in Iowa state. As I said before that Beets R Us, an LLC, is a domestic company, so as it is a domestic company, it is a business commodity that will not affect interstate commerce in any possible manner. Additionally, customers out of the state arriving at Iowa and purchasing beets from Beets R Us cannot be interpreted as interstate commerce. A business commodity is considered an entity that may be integrated at any unique spot. It can become up as a domestic business entity in the particular state in the jurisdiction, which means the authorized power to formulate formal decisions and judgments of which is was established. Moreover, it will become a Foreign Business Entity as soon as it runs out of the jurisdiction of the state where it was integrated ("Gross domestic product, expenditure approach: United States", 2020).
