3. Observations

Briefly explain each observation and interview session

a) Observation 1: I started going gym just recently, I saw my friend is exercising in the nearest gym I go. Then I asked him about his exercising plan and what is he focusing on such as I just want my body in good shape. Then I found him having protein shake and a bar of protein. I thought it would be exciting to ask him about is there any side effect of that or not. And I also ask him about his short-term goal and aim of doing the exercise.
