Forums should be a place where you not only showcase critical thought in relation to course content, but also 1) move the knowledge base of learning community members forward; 2) address areas where you may have some questions or concern.

Instruction

In this forum, I’d like students to discuss opportunities and challenges of team EI. Reflecting back to the required reading when offering your reflections is important as it will center those reading  your comments.  Based on the studies shared and the material we’ve covered this semester let’s discuss any of the following:

What are your reflections on the content you’re reviewing?

Choose a question as the main idea to think. Be sure to combine Reading. Can team EI exist?

· How do you think team EI develops?

· What is the importance of the team leader?

· What are the ways that leaders (and these individuals can be team leaders – or – organizational leaders) can take an active role in either assisting in developing team members’ EI abilities or ESI competencies?
