The author collected information through annual reports and messages from the reports. The author information highlights that the firm has generated some amount of revenue from its retail sales. The author also included also collected financial reports from the financial manager of the company.

The author took the information that he collected information from each of the participants and produced a single report for each of the responses. The author then made a report that included all the responses that the officials provided.

The results from the researchshow that Daniel Zengcan fill the vacant position from the company. The results highlight Zeng’s that have had a good work history that was responsible forthe success of Tmall (Fleming, 2019). The article also brings out the major difference current and future revenue reports for the companyto bring out the major financial goals that the Zeng must try to achieve for Alibaba to remain competitive. Therefore, Zeng will generatecan move the company to another level. However, the author of the article included a small number of participants that reduce the reliability of the findings since the information that the authorproduces reducethe reliability of the findings. Therefore, the author ought to have included more participants. Besides,the collection of data via a questionnaire is a better collection method.
