folder 2/question.docx

This assignment requires you to reflect on your own identity and the impact that socialization has had on the formation of our own identity. Follow the steps below:

Part I:

In the  Document Attached

Minimize File Preview

answer the question "Who Am I" (this requires 20 responses) (i.e. I am a boy, I am a teacher, I am a mother, I am a fan of comic books, etc.)

Part II:

Once your twenty statements have been recorded, match each statement with a social institution which lead you to form this portion of your identity (I.E. I am a teacher because my mother was a teacher and introduced me to the field and thus, I went to school to become a teacher and now I teach) This example answers the "why" and the "how". In this example, my family and the educational institution have both inspired and "certified" me (through the "proper" education) to be able to identify as a teacher.

Once all twenty items are written and a social institution is attached (the why and the how) you can upload the completed (filled out) word document to canvas here as either a doc./docx. or .pdf attachment.

Part III: Answer the question related to "free will" in 200 words or more.

To receive full credit, you should reflect on the "why" and the "how" of each aspect of your identity and explain what lead you to identifying with this particular identity.

Good Luck! Please reach out if you have any questions!
