As we begin to understand evaluation and the importance of assessment in program improvement, it is crucial that we have a context for this understanding to be thorough.
We are going to review the article, and summarize the following points, and then submit:

2. Brief overview of the program itself.
3. What type of evaluation was done (process, impact, or outcome)?
4. How was the evaluation done?
5. When was it evaluated (Before, during, immediately after, after)?
6. Who was evaluated?
7. Were the Objectives reached?
8. Was the goal reached?
9. How was the program changed as a result of the evaluation?
10. What questions remain about program evaluation after reading the article?
