Overview:

The final project is a research paper of no more than 5 pages on one leadership theory of your choice. This leadership theory should be one that is based on the concepts you have learned and discussed in the course, and one that resonates and applies to the leadership quote you discussed in Unit 1. Students should utilize Traurig Digital Library to find scholarly articles on the topics to explain the concept or theory and give credence to the important points made in the paper.

Instructions:

1. Clearly, identify one leadership theory and apply it to the leadership quote you discussed in Unit 1 (Rubric criteria 1). Paper should demonstrate working knowledge of the course material and ability to critically think to explore possible implications or opportunities for the leadership theory (Rubric criteria 3 & 4).

a. Outline specific impact, challenges, and opportunities the theory will have on leaders and managers (Rubric criteria 3 & 4).

b. Identify the challenges or opportunities the theory may have in being integrated within your personal leadership style (Rubric criteria 3 & 4).
