This article introduced the differences between the Lewin change management model and Kotter 8 step process. These two strategies are the most common and well-known tools in change management. This information provides me with a wide range of options to implement within the organization.

The author of this article explores the advantages and disadvantages of Lewin’s and Kotter’s models. For instance, Lewin’s model is more rational, goal and plan-oriented. On the other hand, it looks at data itself and considers qualitative factors. Therefore, the information from this article allows me to view which model fits more appropriately with my situation.

This article discussed the importance of team cohesion within an organization and the related benefits. According to the article, team cohesion happens when a team remains united while achieving a common goal. This should be achieved for all successful companies. This article provides me with some great information regarding how to improve team cohesion.

Workflow represents setting up tasks and allocating resources and people for these tasks. This is a critical job for all kinds of organizations. This article introduced many real-life situations to show the workflow problems within an organization. These examples allow me to identify the potential concerns within my organization.

This article introduced ways to build an effective team relationship and culture. As for my current situation, I think the main problem within our organization is that we lack a common culture and don't have a powerful feeling as a team. This article provides advice for managerial positions about building a solid team culture. I can get lots of inspiration from this article.

This article talked about risk-taking principles as a leader. In general, leaders will face many situations to make difficult decisions and strategy shifts. It is essential to know how to balance risk and opportunities. This article provides me with some principles to consider before making important decisions.
