The Happiness Customer
Introduction:
Al Nahdi Pharmacy is a Saudi company based in the city of Jeddah, Al Nahdi started in 1986 and started its work with two pharmacies only in Jeddah , And worked on the development until it has now a lot of branches in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia which about 125 branches and 5 minutes away from 80% of the community. One of the advantages of this pharmacy is that it not only provides customers with their needs, but also seeks to educate them through publications. Al Nahdi Pharmacy has approximately 10,000 employees and 16,000 products. In 2015 , Al Nahdi Pharmacy received its award for being ranked fifth in the best working environment. Our goal is to improve customer relationships loyalty, add services to our membership card and to make customers very satisfied with us. Four attractive and innovative ideas for the client aimed at improving the relationship and these four services (opportunities) are: FriendlyBox , medicine ATM, PharmaDoctor , and Spa.
Intelligence Phase:
We have created this idea to strengthen our relationship with discerning customers. How to get these services through collecting bills until to 1,000 Saudi Riyals and then our customer will be able to access to those services.
The first service is FriendlyBox which having three boxes, first box called a new product: this new product box is containing of our new products to let the customer try them and if there is suggestion or complaint of these products we will receive their Opinion ; this box consists of three new products maximums. Second box called birthday box: Contains of all the care products such skin care, nourishing, vitamins and care creams products. By pre-registering to our web site, we have all the data related to our valued customers, we have a birthday alert for any customer we have registered in the web site. So, this box is sent directly to the customer. Third box called everyday use: this box contains of what the customer usually buys. The idea of this box that we will see the products that the customers usually buying and we will make the box from their favourite products that they usually buy. The box consists of five products maximum. So, we will have two types of the boxes which are male box and female box. Here are the examples of the boxes that we will make. First, the female box is consisting of, makeup and nail remover, lotion, face and hair masks, etc of her favourite products that she usually buys . Second, the male box consists of, shaving tools; face masks, shampoo, soap. etc. of his favourite products that he usually buys, all these boxes will reach the customer by registering his information in our web page such as name, mobile number, age and gender.
The second service is spa pharmacy dedicated to the health and well-being of our community. We are a full-service pharmacy with all the products, services and conveniences of a modern pharmacy but with a charm of a past era. We honour old-fashioned values and our commitment to our customers will hold strong through personalized services it provides for who have 1000 points in membership card will get the service free otherwise for another customer he/she have to pay for it .
The third service is a medical ATM We are always looking for new ways to combine convenience and innovation to help better serve our customers Our new medicine ATM vending machine program allows us to extend that convenience beyond our brick-and-mortar locations to offer customers on-the-go essentials in the locations where they often need them most, like airports, hotels and other transportation hubs.
Finally, the PharmaDoctor is improving our web site to facilitate the consultation process. we are try improve our and add consult Online Doctor is a doctor-led initiative providing safe and reliable remote online healthcare to distinguished customers who they achieve specific points such as (1000) in their membership card in the AL Jubail branch Our patient-centred model of healthcare allows patients to tailor care around their schedule, and increases healthcare access for harder-to-reach patient groups.
Our goal in those services it can be increase the benefits from it in terms of increasing the number of buyers and it is possible to become a pharmacy Nahdi distinctive to a large number of people, due to this services we provided. So, Al Nahdi Pharmacy will become a big and global as well, this will increase our profits and income. But there are some of problems facing us. The FriendlyBox, may not succeed or continue, because we will lose a lot of money if we do not have a good study of how money is managed and also have a deficit in some products due to many demands. There may be pressure on the system, leading to confusion during the process of ordering the products we need. The Spa Problem We will need a place to expand the pharmacy, which will increase the cost and maybe there will be a long time to make it and the client will not wait for us, we also need spa tools and this will require a lot of money because we will deal with international companies to have the best products. The other problem is the medical ATM we will need a large number of machines to distribute them in multiple areas, which leads to a shortage of our budget and increase the cost on us, some products may end up within the machine shortly because of the high demand, such as the Panadol many people use it. The last problem is about the pharmaDoctor should choose consultants who meet the need of customers and we can't cover all cases because some of them need extra analysis such as radiation.
After all these problems Nahdi Pharmacy sees that these problems are addressed to get their goal, first FriendlyBox, first of all we need to see the situation if appropriate and will swing before losing anything. Secondly the spa we suggest hiring some companies to expand our pharmacy at a specific time. Thirdly the medical machine about the budget, we need to ask the company from which we will buy discount machines or search for a company that has offers. If the pharmacy doctor to solve the problem of medical consultations, we define only 6 sections of medical consultations.
We will choose a semi structured decision because it is between unstructured and structured. We know that the structured is routine and we will do this in every process of the FriendlyBox and also unstructured, it means that we need the administrators to do certain things.
Design phase:
Al Nahdi Pharmacy aims at customer loyalty and increased satisfaction because of the services it provides to customers who have invoices containing 1000 SR. They are having taken solutions to the problems they have faced.
The first alternatives "solutions" to FriendlyBox to solve these problems, first off all we need to see the situation if it fits without any lost and if it’s not, we will make some studies to do some improvements if it's affecting the budget we will try to increase the profit and maximize the offers. Regarding to the system, we will improve the system to be efficient database system as its can more capable to these huge numbers of databases. As a result, all the data entries should be more accurate and relate to the real member account.
The second alternatives to medicine ATM are about the budget, we need a request from the company which we will buy from it a discount or look for a company that has offers. And for the finished of treatments inside the machine, we can solve the problem by send a group of employees to inspect products and increase the shortage for every 12 hours.
The third alternatives for PharmaDoctor, to solve medical consulting problem, we sign 6 sections of medical consulting (fever, headache, and Weight loss, Problems with the skin, asthma, and period delay). Each section is run by professionally qualified experts and has survey that contains a specific question to detect the situation of the patient.
The last alternatives for Spa, to solve this problem we are suggest to contract with some of company to expand our pharmacy in specific time, so the customer will not wait long time and we will buy the tools and supplement online such as amazon to reduce the cost.
Choice phase:
After the "alternatives" solutions they have found and analysed, we will choose FriendlyBox .
We will study all the requirements that this service will require. This study will provide us with money and increase our income by knowing all the movements of money. And also, when developing the system and the work of a quick evidence base and bear the huge number of requests we will have speed and provide all the requirements of customers to gain satisfaction with us. The beneficiaries of this are customers. And the benefit of it to become an increase in the number of our customers a lot and win their loyalty and become happy from us.
We will use the descriptive form because it will make it easier for us to obtain information through many tools, help us to know the things that the customer buys repeatedly and makes it easier for us to obtain his information through the evidence he entered on the site.
BI has a lot of solutions we will choose IB power and Tableau. The IB power are Microsoft Excel was, until recently, sometimes the most widely used self-service BI solution, particularly in the financial domain. With Power BI, Microsoft takes another step in supporting end users and their reporting needs. The Tableau is one of the best-known representatives of the trend called ‘self-service BI’. It is the trend where end users in organizations themselves started with business intelligence solutions and data analysis.
the most important reason for choice the tableau because have many advantages. First, we do not need programmers because it is easier to use even for non-professional people are able to use it and also understand. Secondly, we can play in a large number of data at high speed. Thirdly using tableau, we can see a variety of data such as databases, spreadsheets, etc., also through the use it we can produce (dashboard) And produce too many data without affecting the network. Finally, in the order of tables, users can view, analyze and modify their data to get the best results in their work.

Conclusion:
In the end we added the most important opportunities that will help Al Nahdi Pharmacy to get the largest number of customers with a lot of loyalty to this pharmacy. We will also use BI solutions because tools are very important to help us make decisions. Now that we have decided to use the Tableau which is a data visualization tool, we will be able to take advantage of the data and present it in an attractive and easy format (dashboard).
