They appear to be a “lost generation” that is unhappy with a corporate society that demands conformity in return for a fruitless membership. The corporate culture ingrains within people the need to be dissatisfied with their position, their salary, and their ofce, so that they will work harder to earn more money and another position—which they will eventually be dissatisfied with.
