Please review your selected topic.  This project requires you to select a conflict, provide the background, key issues, and then, bring in conflict resolution strategies to address the conflict.  Your proposed topic is not a conflict, but a conflict resolution strategy.  Please see the video posted in the Announcements last week that covers the CIP and let me know if you have any questions!
