Hi Joshua,

There is definitely a relationship between a good attitudes and good job performance. I would rather train someone with a great attitude lacking the skills, than to train and work with someone having the skills with a poor attitude. Attitudes are difficult to change; and bad attitudes do indeed affect productivity in the workplace.

This assignment writing a 3-4-page paper discussing the following terms as they relate specifically to your chosen scenario:

· Job satisfaction

· Attitudes toward management and co-workers

· Organizational and job commitment

· Absenteeism and turnover

Critical Thinking - Good job overall. Note: To better demonstrate an understanding, there could be more support, justification, and synthesis throughout each paragraph. As a guide - If we are truly synthesizing our research to support our ideas, assertions, and/or opinions, I would expect to see at least two citations from different sources per paragraph supporting our own words through paraphrasing (which is more than just changing a few words in a sentence).  The more sources we used for support, the easier it is to effectively synthesize our research to support our assertions, ideas, and even opinions ("if" opinions are part of the assignment, as they are not typically part of a research paper).

Writing & Organization:

Note: Only the Title of the Paper should be Centered over your Introduction with the first letter of each important word Capitalized. The word "Introduction" should be deleted and the word "Case Assignment".  The beginning of each paragraph should be indented.

Be sure to proof read throughout. I recommend having someone else read (proof) to a make sure all makes sense and is easy to understand what you are saying).  For example - "Worker work fulfillment and representative commitment get from a comprehensive, fault free climate where representatives can gain from each other and develop inside an organization of companionships and mentorship." and "Past comprehension what they are intended to do presently, work with your  representatives to lay out up profession objectives and achievements so they see their chances to develop."

Regarding your Introduction: An Introduction should have two things: 1. Background info on the main topic in an effort to generate reader interest. Typically, this content needs to be supported and cited. For a paper this size, I recommend 3-8 sentences. 2. A clear/concise purpose "statement" using third person and present tense. I recommend the following format for the purpose statement (placed as the last sentence of your introduction) - The purpose of this paper is to  ____________________________________.

Organization and Headings - Good job using headings for your Big Ideas; however, Level 1 Headings (Centered/Bold Font) should be used for the Big Ideas of the paper. the first Big Idea/Level 1 Heading should "follow" your Introduction. The last Big Idea/Level 1 Heading should be for the Conclusion

Use of Sources & Mechanics

Great job overall supporting, citing, and referencing your sources using APA formatting. Note: Avoid using sources older than 5 years, unless it's a seminal source.

Regarding the Reference page - Good job formatting your sources on your reference page, but please note: The Reference page should be on a stand alone page.  Also, be sure to include at the end of each reference a DOI  OR the url where each source was retrieved (if no doi provided).

Timeliness: great job
