I just made some additional comments on the draft, so please click "view feedback" to see those, but I'm not changing your score yet because I think I understand the citation problem and still want you to address it. You list a book on your Work Cited page that includes this story but also essays about the story: are you referencing those in your essay? For example, does your mention of double consciousness come from something you read in this book? If so, you need to cite it with an in-text citation. Have you taken any Composition classes yet? Please refer to The Owl at Purdue to review the rules for MLA citation.
