· It would seem your plan is targeted towards using this device in industrial shipping of business orders. Do you foresee a greater or lesser need for this device if the current business impacts of the pandemic persist?

· I really enjoyed reading your critique. I do think you will have tons of good competition. How will you make sure you stick out from the others? I think this is a great time to release a new product onto the market to track inventory. Things are moving slow enough that this couldn't be a better time to introduce a new process.

· Perhaps one thing to consider adding to your presentation would be more visual diagrams or charts to help show the ideas your presenting. This could be especially strong in the financial discussions to show how you arrived at the quoted numbers and estimations for sales numbers, revenues, and forecasts. That would likely be a question you would have posed to you by an investor or executive considering your plan. 

· I received the same critique on a Q & A section, and believe your presentation could benefit from a Q & A session as well. Your presentation was polished and doesn’t need much change, but this may help the audience to give their feedback and interest. I believe key takeaways are there, but an audience member will always remember an answer to a question that they ask. Visuals like charts and graphs also help the audience visualize the success of the product.  Another area which may help is storytelling. I will also add storytelling into my presentation. According to Carriger (2011),using anecdotes as stories leads to more favorable outcomes for communicators using this technique. 

· I think the presentation is great the only area if would add any thing is in the area of more visuals. the slides are all filled with bullet points and sentences. If there visuals that symbolized something that you could talk about it would add some excitement.

After analyzing my implementation plan, one area I wish I could address more deeply is economic factors. The two economic factors that I had mentioned in my plan were the economic downturn/upturn and taxes. As stated earlier, during an economic recession/downturn, the demand for HWT device may go down as the consumers will have less purchasing power. During an economic upturn, on the contrary, the demand may increase as the consumers will have more purchasing power. I also indicated that an increase in taxes may cause a decrease in the demand of the device while a decrease in taxes may cause a rise in the demand. But I didn't discuss how the current pandemic has affected the economy. As of now, everyone is aware of COVID 19. To have a successful implementation of HWT device, I should address how the pandemic has affected the economy and how this can impact the performance of the HWT device.

The other thing I wish I could also address more deeply is about corporate social responsibility. I have indicated in my plan that HW Logistics, LLC will include CSR in the execution of the HWT device. The reason for that is because the organization has realized that consumers are becoming aware of the importance of CSR and are aggressively looking for products and services from entities that maintain CSR. Based on research conducted in 2015, around 91% of consumers in the world expect entities to operate and function responsibly (Moschetti, 2019). Additionally, around 91% would boycott businesses that use wrong business practices. In my plan, I should address the strategies that HW Logistics, LLC will put in place to successfully incorporate CSR in the execution of the HWT device.
