This is required to conduct a project case study. The case study would serve as an example to demonstrate the procurement stage or key success/failure factor preferably your term project topic discussed in submission #1. While the project case may not perfectly follow the procedure in your submission #1, you need to analyze the similarity and difference, and assess the performance of the project. The project case study should be in 15-20 page long, single space, and in font size 12 in Time New Roman font. The report must be in word format and submitted. Any calculation documents (i.e. project cash flows in Excel) should also be submitted for review.

A sample outline of the project case study is as follows

· Background of the project F-35 Procurement Project (Program)

· Project timeline and results

· Project implementation description on your topic (i.e. Plan, Specification and Estimate (PS&E)

· Analysis, comparison, and assessment

· Other issues

· References

· Appendix (if any)

Submission #3 (PowerPoint Presentation)

Following the submission #1 and #2, student is required to present her findings to the class. The presentation should cover both submission #1 and #2. The presentation file (ppt preferred)
