Exercise Journal Assignment Instructions

1. Over the course of the remaining 6 weeks of the semester, you will be required to track your workouts each week. To help with the goal setting, use your SMART goals assignment from earlier in the semester.

2. You will be required to log each exercise by tracking the following information: exercise completed, duration of time, and volume/intensity.

3. On the final day of the semester you will hand in your log via electronic submission, with a one page reflection of your experience with the project. Your workouts must be typed up using either Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel and submitted to Anthony via email.

NOTE: Reflection Paper should be written in 12 point font, single space, and be one page MAXIMUM. The heading should include your [name – class & section – and ‘Journal Assignment’] on the top line of the paper.
