Welcome to Exercise 4. This is a two part question worth a total of 10 points.

Part 1- Business Process Diagrams

Using slides 11 & 13 from the Team Solution Design collateral as examples, create one "as-is"

and one "to-be" diagram. Note: you may want to look at examples of swim lane diagrams

on-line.

Part 2- Non-Functional Requirements

Using slides 47-51 from the Team Solution Design collateral and Table 6.1 in the text, create

a ficticious NFR TWP with​ at least 5 requirements.​ Please remember the importance of measurable KPIs.
