· Describe in 1 page or less an overview of general guidelines for reviewing submitted issues from customers ensuring that you understand the issue, and can articulate the situation to others.

· Describe in 1 page or less how Jira and Confluence can be leveraged to support internal processes between members of FDLE, and external processes with our customers or vendors. (Hint this is a good time to practice researching if you haven’t used Jira and Confluence before!)
