Home nursing care plan offers services on whatever substantial options to be followed depending on the type of care needed by the individual, family, or the community. The plan aims to facilitate consistent, evidence-based and general care. The nursing care service includes continuity in care, safety and compliance that helps promote an individual's health as it tends to attend to specific needs. The nurses' most problems are the diagnosis of the patient, dressing of wounds, risk of complication, or state of the unconscious that needs the nurse intervention. The service tends to be cost saving as the patients are attended at their home setting, reducing congestion in hospitals (Fallman 2020). 

The home nursing care value is very cost-effective and commendable since follow-ups can be done in the home settings and patient care monitored while at his/her comfort. An individual does not need to incur the daily travel cost and other charges that can be avoided while attending an existing health care facility. The service saves the real organization money where approximately $1800 is used in various capacities such as medication, food, monitoring, and evaluation, which uses quite many organization facilities. Home care nursing also helps in reducing the number of patients in hospitals causing congestion.

The savings and profits generated through the new nursing care development services include the space reduction due to patient decrease as most of the patients can be treated or diagnosed at home sessions that allow confidentiality of the patients. The profit generated through the application of the home service nursing's helps minimize the company resources, such as the use of specialized equipment that helps in supporting customer health by incorporating various aspects such as intensive care units. It supports and helps improve efficacy through individual assignment to a nurse.

Target market plan

The target patients are the elderly, who are not living with their families but rather in the elderly homes. The elderly find it more tiresome trying to cope with the appointment schedule; hence home nursing fills the gap. The services benefit both the patient and the organization as a whole. The patient gets diagnosed and consistent follow-ups at his comfort away from the health facility that saves him/her from incurring other dependable costs such as transport and equally to the organization. The service tends to reduce congestion and minimize on the use of resources. The market is internal as the strategy is developed by the organization and focuses on providing additional follow-ups and retaining of the existing patients for further checkups.

Competitive analysis

There is a competition emerging from the online apps that tends to provide similar services to the patients though not physically but through instructions that is quite affordable and sometimes free of charge. There is an accelerating rate rise in the industry that focuses on offering value-based home health services. This comes after a shift in customer demand for quality health care from their home comforts and distancing itself from the rising quite expensive hospital bills.

Marketing strategies

Use of organic social media by posting videos, events, activities, and updates directly to the social platforms such as YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook and using paid advertising on the media to help capture more patients' attention. Another marketing strategy will be asking for reviews from already treated patients to assist in the service delivery improvement and catching of new patients too from their thoughts. Also, follow-ups with patient feedback and consistent appointments (Purcarea 2019).

Operational highlights

The service implementation is limited and regulated based on education, training, and licensure of the home caregiver professional and further consideration to patient safety. A consistent regulation commitment is required, and standardized methods to reduce the risks associated with non-compliance with the regulation.

Concerns

Issues in worries that may interfere or affect the caregiver mission or performances, range on factors such as in case of staff shortage, meeting patient expectation, workplace hazard depending on location, long working hours, and workplace violence. The issues posses potential risks to both the caregiver and patient safety.
