Please make a grade book in Excel by following the video tutorial at http://www.edutechnologycourse.com/movies/GradeBook.mp4. The sample of the Grade Book is at  http://edutechnologycourse.com/home/GradeBook.xlsx.   When you finish, save it in an Excel file and submit it for grading. While you are creating the Excel Grade Book, you can see how Excel features and tools work in creating your intended project. So you know how to find those tools and create functions for your future work needs.
