Exercise 1
Creating and Graph a Visitors List Worksheet
Problem: You have decided gather information about how many different types of animals
are treated in the clinic in which you work in.by quarter
Instructions:
1. Use the techniques learned to create a worksheet that includes the data provided in
Table E2-1.
2. Bold and center the title across cells A1:E1.
3. Calculate the Grand Totals
4. Look for the Total number of visitors for each quarter
5. Format the table.
You decide how to format.
Find and use appropriate fonts and colors to present a well formatted table
6. Include a 3D cluster column chart that shows the Total number of Visitors per month
7. Move the chart underneath the table.
8. Enter your name below the chart in column A. In the cells directly below your name,
enter your course identification, Excel Practical 1, the assignment date, and your
instructor’s name.
9. Rename the worksheet Tab to Visitor
10. Color the tab GREEN
11. Save the workbook as PE-M1-EX1_Yourname, where Yourname is your own name.
12. Change the Document Properties with your name in Author

(iii). Put a double border round the whole table and a single line border inside the table. (iv). Add a Pie 3D Chart with the Total Sales of each Sales Person (v). Save the worksheet as PE-EX-M1-EX2-YourName
