I read a research article that examined the employees’ moral development and ethical climate affects the workforce.  The study was called P-O fit, which is Person-Organization fit that matched the moral development of the employees with the ethical climate of the organization using 304 employees from 73 organizations. The findings supported theory of the authors that the higher commitment and job satisfaction resulting in a lower rate of job turnover.  Attitudes of the employees were study. The most favorable outcome was the Conventional-Caring fit variable.  The most unfavorable outcome was the Preconventional- Instrumental fit variable (Ambrose, Arnaud, & Schminke, 2008).  The biases of this article were that the analysts predicted the outcome, so the employee may have been hand -picked and limited to only the already committed employees, which would make the study reliable and strong.

In McAllen, TX, siblings stand outside of their school on the weekends to connect the school’s wireless hot spot to do their homework. Isabella and Tony Ruiz’s mother are out of work, their father is not helping out much, so the electricity is cut off, which is the fuel to the internet.  The digital divide is created when educators promote the use of internet to complete class assignments not considering all classmates have access at home. The Federal Government is faced with the disparity of access to technology for all students.  There is an estimated five million who have internet including the ones that are struggling to keep it (Kang, 2016).  The biases in this article is the limited number of students that have access to the internet that proves reliability of the educators to make sure all students have access to the technology need to complete assignments.  The strength will need to come from the law makers to sure no child is left behind by not having the opportunity to take advantage of the technology available society.

1. Abstract, which is a summary to explains what the article is about.

2. Gives key words that will be use throughout the article.

3. Has more citation than the popular source. Studies of the peers are reviewed and compared.

4. Bibliography or references, which are list of other works, book, and journals that the author has used for research.
