Dear Ms. Oranto:
Discrimination of any kind should not and is not tolerated. After attempting to review the surveillance video of the date in question, it was noted that it had been erased. The clerks in question are young and new to the company and have denied the inappropriate behavior. The manager on the schedule was executing other responsibilities outside of the facilities and can not attest to the clerk’s behavior.
The incident has been documented in each of the clerks’ personnel file. In addition, everyone on duty has been reprimanded for the tampering of the surveillance video and have been re-trained on the importance of keeping these videos intact. All employees will be required to attend a diversity training class which will give emphasis on guidelines on interacting with different personalities and cultures and teaches employees to approach diverse people with inclusion and respect.
When shopping, you will be treated with respect and excellent customer service. My office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. phone number 888-222-11-3232 ext. 1255
Sincerely,
Martha Landin Bush
