The author presented the idea of utilizing a business intelligence data analytics solution in healthcare through this article. The difference in the results achieved with the traditional manual system and automated business intelligence solution can be compared with the help of this article. To make use of the business intelligence data analytics solution in health care, the author came up with the health condition called hip fracture, which can be seen in most of the adults. Business intelligence can be described as bunch of applications that are responsible to gather, analyze, store and share the data. After implementing the BI solution, there can be seen a huge improvement in the rehabilitation system for the patients who are suffering from hip fracture.
There are certain steps that are needed to be followed to improve the condition of the patient suffering from hip fracture. Canadian Institute of Health Information (CIHI) plays a crucial role in managing the databases, the data from the healthcare centers are collected from these databases. The data related to patients will help them to undergo these steps. The studies are conducted in three different regions, the key indicators of the hip fracture care are percentage of patients who receive surgical repair with in 48 hours are 90%, patients who are discharged to impatient rehabilitation, and mean total acute length of day is 7 days. Application of BI solution improved the condition of patients who are suffering from hip fracture. In the same way, this solution can also be applied to different health issues like heart attacks and cancers. The data of the patients suffering from these can be collected from the data centers and the same BI solution can be applied to improve the patient’s condition.

This article is related to marketing metrics, apart from this the author also explains the idea of implementation of Big data in the marketing industry as it helps in the development of latest metric trends. With the help of this article, it can be verified that if the marketing department is engaging in the development of metrics and utilizing the Big data for its development. He explains the marketing departments strategy by taking Brazil as an example. All of this research is done by using various kinds of sources which also includes scheduling interviews with marketing professionals that belongs to separate sectors.
They found out that the marketing industry in Brazil are making use of metrics. As per the data provided in journal, 66% of the people were aware of the metrics and also verified that they used it. It was also found out that the percentage of companies that didn’t have Big data is 80%. There are certain challenges that are needed to be faced to implement Big data, this might be one of the reason for most companies didn’t use the Big data. I feel that the setting up the interviews didn’t help because of their contradicting answers from the respondents.

The author explains the adaption of Business Intelligence solution for Telecom operators in Bangladesh. He also states that it would be beneficial for the telecom companies to know about the likes or dislikes of the users to improve their companies. As per the journal, the model proposed here is said to have the highest accuracy in terms of the data collected to improve the telecom company. The author also explained the current situation in Bangladesh when it comes to digital services. I would agree to the point that having an Internet connection is not a luxury anymore.
The company needs to have dynamic data which would be helpful in making necessary changes to increase their productivity. The trends are changing on a daily basis, so in this case Business Intelligence solution would play an important role in the success of the company. I feel that incorporating the SCRUM methodology in to the applications using Agile methodology is considered as the first step to success. The SRUM methodology consists of certain steps like having backlog, meetings with stakeholders, etc. There has been an improvement in GDP in Bangladesh where it rises from 7.28 to 7.65%, the implementation of BI solution is responsible for this kind of improvement. This solution can also be applied to different sectors like electronics industry which constantly changes based on the trend.
