Mr Guerra is a very efficient leader and is doing awesome work in his field. His recent tactics which involve new techniques and some very innovative styles are worth learning not only he uses such creative styles in his business and its enhancement but also inspires his employees to work harder and achieve grand success.

His recent step which involve a very good habit, that is to consider our product everything rather than focussing on menial things which attract false customers. His idea that all “new business is based on new ideas” is the ultimate guide to success as the upcoming world which is the modern emerging power demands only new and innovative things and respects people who try to innovate, be creative and try new stuffs, Bill Fisher (June, 2011).

Also the way he talks about the social skills and the communication skills and their importance is indeed very promising. Moreover the logic behind every decision is quite amazing and reasonable as well. His idea and perception of being simple, critique and unique is recognizable and inspiring as in this world of technology he takes risks and tries new things to present his project that also with uplifted confidence.

Lastly at some places he tries to be dishonest with his communications and some other dealings which is inappropriate and hence needs to give a look into that matter as doing business dishonestly is not good and unethical as well. He has many innovative and creative skills through which he can be a very good business but if and only if he does honesty with his work, “Why is honesty important in business”.
