This week focuses on evaluation methods. One reason for the failure of learning and development programs is the lack of alignment with the goals of the workplace organization. What suggestions would you make to an organization to ensure that this does not happen? How could you evaluate a training program to ensure alignment with the organization's goals? Explain and provide specific examples to support your response.
