Leadership is the quality that can support the organization to achieve its business objectives with success. A leader is a person who can lead a team on a specific roadmap to ensure the developmental targets primarily. According to Bill Taylor, "Leaders instil in their people a hope for success and a belief in their abilities. Positive leaders empower people to accomplish their goals.

In this paper, we are discussing that the effects of leadership styles are changing the business operations, and these are also relevant to the non-profit organization matters. We have to know which style is more efficient for the favourable business operations of non-profit organizations.

The purpose of this study is the analysis of different leadership styles, which are highly involved in the management of the non-profit organization. The main purposes of the study are as following:

1) To understand the leadership styles.

2) To realize the importance of leadership styles in a non-profit organization.

3) Impacts of leadership style in Non-profit businesses.

4) To choose the apt the Leadership style for the development of organisation.

Methodology is a set of rules and procedures upon which research is based and against which claims for knowledge and assumptions are evaluated for decision making.

Research is designed to analyze the different leadership styles for non-profit organisations, which are highly involved in the management of Non-profit organisations.

Data will be collected from secondary resources through internal and external sources.
